Dear Parents, Players, Coaches, Officials and Volunteers,
“Due to the latest COVID restrictions imposed by the Province of Manitoba, we have had to suspend our current soccer season until May 30th at which time we will revisit the situation and advise accordingly.
If the soccer season is cancelled, all members will receive a 100% refund. If the soccer season is modified during the next few months to accommodate Provincial guidelines, we will evaluate and determine a pro-rated refund based on a reduced playing season if applicable. If in the meantime you wish to cancel your registration immediately, please submit your receipt and allow for a few days to complete the transaction. We would encourage all members to wait until our announcement on May 30th or early June before making a decision. We understand everyone’s concerns, and we assure all members that there is no financial risk to you on membership dues if you wait.
Note #1: We will not be opening registration back up again if the Province clears us to begin in June. Therefore, if you decide to cancel now and soccer opens back up in June you will not be able to sign up again. If you wait until May 30th announcement, you will still receive a 100% refund if you decide to withdraw.
Note 2: If we begin again in June the season will extend into July for those interested. We also have three camps/festivals planned for July and August to make up for the lost time in May.
Any questions please submit to
For and on behalf of the HSC Board.” Norman Anderson
