Privacy Policy

The Hanover Kickers Soccer Club understands members concerns regarding the privacy and confidentiality of information provided during registration. We, the board of directors, have in place the following guidelines:

1. Member/player information will never be disclosed to the public.
2. Only teams coaches will have access to a player’s information file. That information is restricted to that which pertains to them coaching their team.
3. Only members of the board of directors will have access to player registration data. At no time will this information be accessible to anyone else.
4. Email addresses submitted during the registration process will only be used for communication relating to the Hanover Kickers Soccer organization. Email addresses will not be made available to anyone else.
5. Members/players paying via credit card should know that no one in this organization ever receives any credit card information. That information stays strictly within the confines of Paypal’s payment service.
