Hello everyone,

We are super excited to be able to offer our programs again starting this spring! After everything that has happened over the past two years we are looking forward to seeing everyone out on the field again. Please read the following for more info and registration links.

ALL players will have to register with the Manitoba soccer association FIRST. This includes ANYONE wanting to play in the mini, youth or adult programs. In the past we would collect these fees as we had them built into our registration fees and send it to the MSA on your behalf.  However, their policy has changed and now every individual will be required to register and pay the MSA player fee on their website prior to registering with Hanover Soccer Club.
Once you registered there it will direct you to our website to register.

The Mini Soccer Program runs the months of May and June with all activity taking place at the Steinbach Soccer Park.

Ages U10-U18 | Born 2004-2012

Once players reach 10+ years of age, they have expanded options for play. There are two primary streams, recreational soccer (EYSL), and recreational soccer in the Winnipeg region (WYSA).

Recreational Soccer (EYSL – Eastman Youth Soccer League)

Community teams play in the Eastman Youth Soccer League (EYSL).
Teams play May-June against rural teams in the southeast region.
Games could be as far north as Beausejour or as far south as Vita.
Teams will take turns traveling to other communities for games and hosting games in Steinbach.

10 & 11 and 14 & 15-year-olds play on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
12 & 13 and 16, 17 & 18-year-olds play Mondays and Wednesdays.

Recreational Soccer (WYSA – Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association)

The WYSA recreational stream is a stream targeted towards players who are looking to play more than the two months offered by the EYSL. Players would get more games and a longer season:
Ages 9-18
Teams play in the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association.
Teams play May-Sept and play 50% of their games in Winnipeg or surrounding communities who have teams entered in the Rec League offered by WYSA. Teams will typically practice 2 times each week in the Steinbach area.

Hanover Soccer has 3 Adult  Mens Teams.
50% of games are played in Steinbach, the remainder are played in the surrounding communities and Winnipeg.
Games happen throughout the week and most teams have 1-2 practices every week.
The season runs May-August.

Once your player card is paid, the club will pick up your card from the MSA office in Winnipeg.
